We collect the following types of information:

Account Information

• Name and email address (when signing up with email/password)
• Apple ID information (when using Sign In with Apple — Apple may provide a private relay email)
• Profile photo (optional, uploaded by you)

Health Data

• Step count, sleep hours, active calories, and exercise minutes — read from Apple Health
• This data is used only to display your daily health progress inside the app
• We do not store or transmit your health data to any server

Usage Data

• Habits you create, complete, and track
